Collection: Herbal Tea

Hand picked from our own land in Connemara. We slow dry the herbs to retain their freshness and quality. To get full benefit of the tea let it simmer in boiled water and don't consume more than 3 cups a day. There will be different teas available through the season as availability depends on weather and demand.
