Hand picked & slow dried Mullein leaf tea.
Steep 1–2 teaspoons of mullein leaf in freshly boiled water for 10–15 minutes. Strain carefully through a fine sieve or muslin (tiny hairs can irritate). Drink 1–3 cups daily as needed.
